Founded in 2017 by two jewelry designers and friends, Lauren Wolf and Rebecca Overmann, MELEE THE SHOW was born out of the need to connect designers and buyers in an environment as beautiful as the pieces on display. Fine jewelry was long overdue for its own place in the tradeshow world; one that could cater to the level of attention that both designers and buyers desired.

Founded in 1999 by Adel Chefridi himself, the brand embodies his passion for blending multicultural influences with fine craftsmanship. Adel honed his skills in New York, drawing inspiration from his Tunisian heritage and a lifelong fascination with balance and harmony.

Summer Lotus Ring

Designed to reveal the diamond's natural qualities, the ring celebrates its lively scintillation and gentle warmth of colour. An open gallery of lotus petals cradles the stone, allowing light to flood through, while hand-engraved details and graduating diamonds along the band complete the design.

Ananda Khalsa

Ananda draws inspiration from natural forms and the vibrant luminosity of natural gemstones. She strives to capture the precious quality found in ancient jewelry, while creating pieces with a modern sensibility.

“I was immediately drawn to this diamond for its luminous champagne color and mesmerizing sparkle. Set in a substantial hammered 18K gold band, this ring celebrates the stone’s rich warmth, allowing its golden glow to truly shine!”

18K Yellow Gold Hammered Ring

Chosen for its warm, sparkling champagne glow, the diamond is showcased in a generous hammered band of buttery 18K yellow gold. Tiny white diamonds on either side add a subtle effervescence, allowing the centre stone's natural luminosity to take centre stage.

Born and bred in New York, Annie combines her talent for design and technical training to explore the world of metals and gemstones. With her unique sensibility and daring vision, Annie continues to forge exquisite, handmade jewelry.

Antique-Inspired Locket

Drawn to the antique character of the old mine-cut diamond and its galaxy-like inclusions, Annie Fensterstock created a piece inspired by memory and time. The celestial quality of the stone felt perfectly suited to a locket, combining the flowing elegance of Art Nouveau with the bold geometry of Art Deco.

Ellis Mhairi Cameron

Ellis Mhairi Cameron creates sculptural gold and diamond jewelry inspired by her Scottish heritage and the medieval objects excavated on her family farm in the Highlands. Drawing on their weathered textures and forms, she translates these archaeological influences into contemporary pieces using traditional techniques such as wax carving and lost-wax casting.

“I wanted to celebrate the individuality of the central stone and its remarkable ability to shift in colour depending on the light. To reflect this duality, I incorporated two hidden diamonds within the band, representing the stone’s contrasting states. Designed as part of my new collection, Seun (Scottish Gaelic for “charm”), the piece draws on the idea of a modern talisman and was created to feel fluid in its identity - equally suited as an engagement ring, statement piece, or everyday heirloom.”

Seun OOAK Marquise Step-Cut Champagne Diamond Ring

A one-of-a-kind ring from the Seun collection, handcrafted in recycled 14K yellow gold. Inspired by ancient talismans, it features a marquise step-cut diamond flanked by two hidden champagne diamonds, celebrating protection, craftsmanship and the beauty of one-of-a-kind stones.

Erin Cuff

Erin Cuff is a goldsmith and jewelry designer based in Sonoma County, California, specializing in antique diamonds and rare colored gemstones. She trained in silversmithing in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico before mastering goldsmithing in the San Francisco Bay Area, where hand engraving became a signature part of her work.

“This Geo Marquise Step Cut stopped me the moment I saw it - the color is rich and warm in a way that's completely captivating. The shape called to be set east-west, and the prismatic facets of the stone inspired the hand engraving on the piece, with the two elements designed to play off each other as the light moves through it. The setting style creates a pedestal for the stone, displaying it like a work of art.”

Completing the exhibition, Erin Cuff brings her own distinctive interpretation of the Misfit brief, further demonstrating the breadth of contemporary jewelry design and the remarkable creative possibilities found within one extraordinary diamond.

A jewelry journey from tradition to modernity. Stepping into the world of jewelry at the age of 13, Manuk realized the importance of craftsmanship in jewelry design and dedicated himself to improving himself in this field.

Ghost Ring

The Ghost Ring was born from the belief that a ring doesn't need to announce itself to be felt. A salt and pepper diamond is set in 18K yellow gold, stripped of everything unnecessary until only pure presence remains. Minimal in form, yet impossible to ignore.

Susannah King

Susannah King is a third-generation jeweller based in London, combining inherited craftsmanship with a contemporary eye for design. Her work blends a love of colour with playful expressions of modern luxury.

Susannah was drawn to Misfit’s distinctive approach to marketing diamonds and their celebration of individuality within each stone. This resonated with her own design ethos of working unconventionally with materials. The piece is inspired by the solar system, exploring its sense of structure, scale, and quiet order.

Solis Necklace

The Solis Necklace draws inspiration from our solar system, with each gemstone representing a planet. The sun, our life force, is symbolised by the Misfit diamond suspended at the base of the necklace. Graduating metal tones and varying link sizes evoke the movement and propulsion of the solar system through the universe.

TAP by Todd Pownell is handcrafted in the brand’s live/work space in Cleveland, Ohio. Each piece is designed to complement the natural form and structure of the precious metals and gemstones used in its creation. Their design and fabrication process is rooted in a spirit of collaboration, driven by a clear aesthetic vision and the unique narrative told by each piece.

“I selected the 1.67ct pear-shaped diamond for my ​Misfit design. I found ​the stone to have a soft warmth ​with a unique character. I’ve designed a necklace ​to capture a sense of “crystallized liquid.” The center stone is set pavilion-side up in textured 18K gold, surrounded by sparkling light brown diamonds that are a take on rising bubbles. Mixing the settings adds a playful, high-spirited touch—​inspired ​by the effervescence ​of a joyful glass of champagne​.”

Todd Pownell selected a softly warm pear-shaped diamond with distinctive character as the centrepiece of his design. The necklace explores the idea of “crystallized liquid,” with the centre stone set pavilion-side up in textured 18K yellow gold. Surrounding inverted champagne diamonds rise like bubbles, creating a joyful, effervescent composition inspired by a glass of champagne.

Twin sisters Eva and Ava Bai, the New York–based duo behind Vale, create handcrafted jewelry that blends modern elegance with approachable design. Though united by their passion each draws inspiration from distinct sources giving the collection its signature balance that epitomizes the dynamic interplay of two individual personalities. Committed to sustainability the brand uses repurposed gold and distinctive gemstones such as rose cuts, colored stones, antique diamonds and recycled heirloom stones, to craft timeless and meaningful pieces.

“Our passion for unconventional gemstones has always drawn us to brown, champagne and even included diamonds, stones that celebrate individuality rather than perfection. Their exceptional durability and ability to achieve a brilliant polish make them ideal for everyday wear while their natural inclusions and distinctive character tell a story that no two stones can share. We value these diamonds for the way they reflect nature at its most authentic: beautifully imperfect, endlessly unique and full of depth. Inspired by the pillowy softness of Misfit's cushion-cut diamond, the designers sought a bold counterpoint. Drawing on antique jewellery traditions, the timeless toi et moi setting balances softness with sharpness, romance with edge.
